Greek Yogurt vs. Buffalo Yogurt
Yogurt is essential in smoothie bowls. It gives consistency, and it is the primary source of protein in your bowl. But what is the difference between Greek and buffalo yogurt:
As you see, 1 Greek yogurt needs four times more milk than a water buffalo yogurt. What this means:
Water buffalo yogurt has more high-quality protein.
A2 Milk = A2 protein.
More calcium in Buffalo yogurt.
Environmental conscious and sustainable.
No added filters, gums, additives, colorants, preservatives.
Buffalos are free-range and 100% grass feed.
