Easy strawberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients


For 1 serving:

1 ½ cup – frozen strawberries.

1 cup – frozen strawberry yogurt.

1 cup – fresh sliced strawberries.

2 tbsp – rolled goats.

Preparation


The secret about every smoothie bowl is to serve it as cold as possible.


  1. Add frozen strawberries to a blender. Also, add Annabella strawberry yogurt and half a cup of rolled goats. Puree it for a little until it makes a dense smoothie.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top it with sliced frozen strawberries. You can add grated coconut if you like – it matches deliciously!

  3. Add 2 tbsp of rolled goats for topping and enjoy every spoonful of goodness!

2. Mango smoothie bowl with yogurt

Ingredients


For 1 serving:

1 cup – mango

1 cup – Annabella honey yogurt

2 cups – sliced sweet pineapple

1 tbsp – chia seeds

Preparation


  1. Blend the frozen mango with frozen Annabella honey yogurt. You can also use honey mixed with Annabella plain yogurt.

  2. Now serve in a bowl as cold as possible.

  3. Add slices of sweet pineapple or other sweet fruit on top + 1 tbsp of chia seeds.

  4. Enjoy a delicious moment!


Be sure to put the mango and the yogurt in the fridge before even starting to read. But if you don’t have it frozen, you can mix rolled oats or dried fruit with mango and yogurt to get your smoothie bowl without frozen yogurt.

3. The Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients


For 1 serving:

1 cup – sliced green fruit: kiwi, peach, green apple, or grapes

1 cup – sliced bananas, blueberries, acai

1 cup – Annabella plain yogurt or if you want to add fun: Annabella blackberry yogurt

1 tbsp – grated coconut or almonds

Preparation


  1. Blend frozen yogurt with any green fruit together.

  2. Add as topping sliced bananas, blueberries, or acai + 1 tbsp of grated coconut or almonds.

Ingredients


Try to find the most exotic fruits possible: papaya, pineapple, mango, passionfruit. lychees, “Dragon Fruit” (pitaya), and so on.

For 2 servings:

2 cups – papaya and banana

1 mango sliced

1 cup – Annabella passionfruit yogurt

1 passionfruit

2 tbsp – lychees (2-4 lychees)

3 tbsp – granola.

Preparation


  1. Blend papaya, banana, and mango until smooth. Add 1 cup of frozen passionfruit yogurt + 1 tbsp of granola to the mix and blend it.

  2. Use passion fruit, lychees, and granola as a topping.


You can freeze this smoothie bowl and try to consume it later. However, only add the toppings when you are about to eat.

5. Easy berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients


For 2 servings:

2 cup – mix of frozen berries

1 cup – Annabella blackberry yogurt

1 tbsp – natural peanut butter or cashew butter

1 cup – banana

1 tbsp – granola, sliced almonds, or shredded coconut

Preparation


  1. Blend 1 cup of mixed berry frozen fruits + frozen fruit yogurt.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter or cashew butter to create the base of your smoothie bowl.

  3. Use granola, almonds, or grated or shredded coconut on top.
