Two things go into this cup, and both come off the same mountains. Water buffalo graze the Colombian Andes year-round, exactly as nature designed them to — 100% grass-fed, fully free-range, no supplemental feed, no confinement. Animals that live well give better milk. The rest is honey.

And not honey from just anywhere. It's harvested in the coffee belt of the Colombian Andes, on the same cool, flowering slopes that made Colombian coffee famous — slow, floral, and complex, with real terroir behind it. Swirled into whole-milk A2 buffalo cream, it turns the cup golden and mellow. This one has never won a medal. It doesn't seem to need one.
